Sang H. Lee, AIA, LEED AP, founder of the firm, has participated in the design of a variety of project types including adaptive re-use buildings, recreation & park structures, community buildings, residential, commercial & mixed use buildings, healthcare facilities during his 20 years of architectural design experience. He has been involved in various project phases from feasibility study to construction administration/management satisfying client’s needs in each project phases. In his design he searches for rationality and originality derived from clear structural forms and efficient systems of building while striving to create an aesthetic that reflects simplicity in rich modernism. He is a true believer in working collaboratively with the clients in setting and meeting realistic goals.
